PRICING & FULL RECRUITMENT PROCESS
(Candidate warranty up to 60 days)

Recruitment Fee Table (Latest Updated Pricing)

  • Entry-level labor / General workers: 3,000,000 VND / candidate
  • Experienced or skilled labor: 4,000,000 VND / candidate
  • Specialized positions or Mid-level management and above, or any positions outside Nha Trang: 1 month of Gross salary / candidate

(Note: Fees do not include VAT.)

RECRUITMENT PROCESS (EXCERPT FROM CONTRACT)

  1. Party B receives the recruitment request and finalizes the candidate criteria with Party A.
  2. After confirming the request, Party A deposits 50% of the service fee for Party B to begin the process.
  3. Party B screens and provides suitable candidates within 7–10 days (maximum 30 days).
  4. Party B arranges interviews within 05 days once the candidate meets the requirements; Party A must respond within 24 hours.
  5. When the candidate has worked for at least 05 days, Party A pays the remaining 50% within 05 days.

WARRANTY & PAYMENT POLICY

  1. Warranty period: 60 days from the candidate’s first working day.
  2. If the candidate resigns during the warranty period:
    • Party B will provide 01 replacement candidate free of charge; or
    • Refund 50% of the service fee if no suitable replacement candidate is available.
  3. Party A forfeits the deposit if:
    • They cancel the service after signing the contract; or
    • They reject a candidate who meets the agreed recruitment criteria.
  4. Party B will refund 100% of the deposit if no candidate is introduced within 30 days.
  5. Payment terms:
    • Phase 1: 50% deposit upon contract signing.
    • Phase 2: Remaining 50% after the candidate has worked for ≥ 05 days.

SERVICE VALIDITY

The process is considered complete when Party B finishes the recruitment and the warranty period ends as stipulated.

  • Recruitment meets the required criteria, with an average hiring time of 7–10 days..
  • 60-day warranty – free candidate replacement.
  • Deposit refunded if no suitable candidate is recruited.

FULL PACKAGE PRICING & PROCESS FOR TRADEMARK REGISTRATION

FULL-SERVICE FEE

10,000,000 VND / trademark(Includes taxes, State fees, search fees, dossier preparation fees & monitoring until the certificate is issued.) *The above price applies to 1 Nice class. For each additional class, the fee is 1,500,000 VND / class from the second class onward. ➡ No additional costs outside the contract.

PAYMENT TERMS (70% – 30%)

  • Phase 1 – 70%: Payment upon contract signing

TRADEMARK REGISTRATION PROCESS

Step 1 – Brand Intake & Consultation
  • Collect logo, brand name, and service classes to be registered. If the client has no logo, HPTP provides concept and design support.
  • Consult on Nice classification (international classes), protection scope, risks, and registration strategy.
Step 2 – Contract Signing & 70% Payment
  • Both parties sign the service contract.
  • The client pays 70% of the contract value.
  • HPTP officially begins the service process.
Step 3 – Preparing the Registration Dossier
HPTP prepares the complete dossier:
  • Trademark application form
  • Logo sample
  • List of service/product classes
  • Power of attorney
  • Business/legal documents
→ Completed fully in accordance with regulations of the Intellectual Property Office.
Step 4 – Filing at the Intellectual Property Office
  • Submit the application on behalf of the client to the IP Office of Viet Nam.
  • Receive the receipt and application number.
Step 5 – Monitoring & Processing
During the process (12–18 months), HPTP will:
  • Monitor the application status
  • Provide progress updates to the client
  • Handle requests for amendments/supplements
Step 6 – Receiving the Trademark Protection Certificate
  • Receive the original certificate once the application is approved.
  • Verify accuracy before handover.
  • Deliver to the client along with a valid tax invoice.
Step 7 – Final 30% Payment & Contract Completion
  • The client pays the remaining 30%.
  • Both parties finalize and close the contract.
  • The service concludes once Party A fulfills all obligations.

  • Provide consultation and prepare all documents accurately and in compliance with regulations
  • Submit the application to the Intellectual Property Office on behalf of the client
  • Monitor the application and handle any arising official notices
  • Report progress and deliver the certificate on schedule
Party B (Client)
  • Provide truthful and complete documents
  • Make payments on time
  • Coordinate and supply additional documents when required
